Building Resilience

Our Workplace is where we live for 8-10 hours a day.
It shouldn't hurt.

It's so much cheaper, easier, and more humane to PREVENT stress when it is small than it is to treat it when it is a debilitating, painful illness.

The Building Resilience program is created to:

  • PREVENT stress by raising Psychological Safety in teams and organizations
  • MITIGATE stress in employees who are struggling, but not yet ill (I call this Pre-Stress)
  • EDUCATE organizations in how their brains, bodies, and mindsets can become more stress resilient for the long run.
